Hybrid Meeting Process

• Commissioners (in-person): Commissioners are required to attend in person unless they meet the criteria for virtual participation under AB 2449.
• General Public (in-person or remotely): Slip renters and members of the public are welcome to attend in-person or virtually.
• Public Comments (up to 3 minutes): The public may address the Commission for up to three minutes on agenda and/or non-agenda items. To speak, please submit a speaker card if attending in person, or use the 'Raise Hand' feature if attending virtually.

Slip renters and members of the public are encouraged to attend the Port District’s special public budget session on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 5:30 PM to provide input and hear highlights regarding the upcoming fiscal year.
