The Santa Cruz Port District is excited to announce that Haunted Harbor will return this year for an afternoon of spooky fun and trick-or-treating on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Bring the kids for an afternoon of trick-or-treating at participating harbor businesses! Enjoy Halloween activities, costumes, candy, and a festive harbor atmosphere for the whole family.

The free inner-harbor water taxi will be getting a spooky makeover and will ferry ghoulish guests from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please click here to view the map of all water taxi pickup and drop-off locations throughout the harbor. Visitor parking is available for water taxi passengers in the North Harbor near X Dock.
